Shipping
Domestic Shipping
Shipping:
Most of our garments are handmade to order and it could take up to 3 days to make and ship your item(s).
Delivery:
Standard 2nd class UK delivery is FREE on all online orders. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3-5 days of shipping.
Usually we can't offer next day delivery but if your order is urgent please get in touch and we will discuss the earliest delivery date possible.
International Shipping
Delivery via Royal Mail within 5 to 1o days to Europe and 10 to 15 days outside Europe.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
Customs Duties & Other Fees
For orders outside the UK, you may be charged duty and taxes on receipt of the goods.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that the payment of any import duties, customs charges, local taxes and any other administration charges paid to couriers in relation to these feeds, is your responsibility. MINKIE cannot be held responsible for the payment of any of the above mentioned charges.
Returns
How to Return
UK
You can return your item/s for a refund within 28-days of receipt. Items returned must be in their original condition with original swing tags intact. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
We will refund your order on receipt of the goods. Make sure you use a recorded postal service.
Please note that unless you received a faulty or incorrect item return postage is your responsibility.

We will refund your order on receipt of the goods. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of postage.
Unfortunately at this time we will not be able to refund the return postage costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We're sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. Please send us a message at minkielondon@gmail.com
including your order number, the name of the item you were supposed to receive and any additional details so we can solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Please return your item to us for a full refund and reorder your preferred size / colour on the Minkie website.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
